As part of our capstone project in Architectural Technology, my teammate and I designed Helso, a comprehensive residential architecture project that meets current building standards and sustainable development criteria.
The assignment involved developing an urban residential building based on a specific program and designated site, reflecting a full design process, from preliminary concept to detailed construction drawings.
The project included:

Production of presentation drawings: plans, sections, and elevations
Creation of detailed construction drawings, including wall sections and technical details
Compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design principles
Development of colored renderings for final exhibition
Coordination of all documents with high-quality graphic standards
The project was showcased during the program’s final exhibition and evaluated individually, highlighting both teamwork and personal design contributions.
